Good staff and good taking and near by waking location a nearby railway station. Comfortable stay and good service

Hotel staff was not friendly. Intercom was not working and didn't repair even after informing them. Tv was not working and got fixed after informing. The tv remotes were in pathetic condition. They said hot water will be available after 7am but there was no hot water, had to manage bath with cold water. This hotel is utter waste for the price they are charging.

The hotel room was unclean, there was a stench in the room and no exhaust in the bathroom. Moreover, no water was given in the room to drink. The next morning, in the name of complimentary breakfast, they served roadside food packed in plastic and paper! against all politeness and courtesy, the hotel staff was rude. The moment we checked in, late at night, we were told to vacate the room the next morning at 10 am as if we were not aware of it.
